Zusammenfassung

The Personnel Group is seeking an Employment Pathways Mentor in Dapto, NSW. This full-time role focuses on mentoring individuals into employment, building confidence, guiding goal setting, and creating personalised plans to support their journey into work.

You will work one-on-one with customers, supporting barriers to employment and coordinating with In Work Mentors for smooth transitions to ongoing workplace support. Travel within the region is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in mentoring, employment services, or disability support.
• Strong understanding of inclusive employment and person-centred approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage a caseload of customers under the IEA contract.
• Develop and maintain individualised support plans aligned with customer goals.
• Deliver person-centred servicing tailored to individual capacity and aspirations.
• Collaborate with Work Preparation Mentors and Workforce Solutions Consultants.
• Facilitate warm handovers to In Work Mentors upon employment commencement.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to support readiness and engagement.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet IEA compliance requirements.
• Promote inclusive employment practices and accessible service delivery.
• Represent Personnel Employment with professionalism and empathy.
