Role Description

The Part-time Warehouse & Online Dispatch Coordinator will manage daily warehouse operations and order dispatch processes to support smooth e-commerce and retail activities. This on-site role, located in Rosebery, NSW, involves receiving, organising, and stocktaking inventory; preparing and packing online orders; printing and labeling shipping documentation; and coordinating dispatch timelines with carriers. The coordinator will update order and stock information in relevant systems, resolve dispatch issues, and communicate with customer service and retail teams to ensure accurate, timely deliveries. The position also includes maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment, assisting with returns processing, and supporting peak trading periods. This is a full-time on-site role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and a practical, hands-on approach to daily tasks.
