Perform-EX Automotive is seeking a reliable Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator to support our fast-growing ecommerce operation. This hands-on role owns daily warehouse and dispatch activities, ensuring customer orders are packed, tracked and shipped accurately and on time.

You will pick/pack, weigh, book freight, print labels, enter tracking data, and coordinate couriers. Experience in warehouse, packing, or dispatch is essential; Shopify knowledge is a plus for streamlining fulfilment.”

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and order fulfilment.
• Familiar with packing, shipping labels and freight booking.
• Accurate data entry and order tracking in systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet dispatch deadlines.
• Experience with Shopify or online shipping systems is a plus.

We’re looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator to join our automotive parts business and support our fast-growing ecommerce operation.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of daily warehouse and dispatch activities, helping get customer orders out accurately and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing orders, checking part numbers and quantities.
• Weighing and measuring parcels, booking freight and printing shipping labels.
• Entering tracking numbers and updating order fulfilment in Shopify.
• Organising courier collections and following up on shipping issues.
• Receiving deliveries, checking incoming stock and putting it on shelves.
• Helping with stocktakes and keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous warehouse, packing or dispatch experience.
• Good computer skills and confidence entering information accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet dispatch deadlines.
• A reliable, proactive approach to work.

Automotive industry experience or knowledge of automotive parts would be an advantage, as would experience using Shopify or online shipping systems.
