We are looking for a self-motivated, positive person to join our fast-paced studio located in Reservoir for full time role.

This role suits someone who is flexible, enthusiastic and keen to be part of a dynamic team.

Candidate requirements

• Have previous experience working in a customer service role or warehouse role
• Work well independently but also as part of a small team environment
• Be a clear and concise communicator both written and verbally
• Be computer literate with a keen interest to learn new programs
• Have the ability to work on a variety of tasks
• Be self-motivated, a good problem solverand adaptable
• Be a tidy worker who is punctual, efficient and reliable
• Be able to lift boxes (up to 15 + 20kg)

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch online orders
• Lead, support and coordinate the pick and pack team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Pick, pack and dispatch wholesale orders
• Maintain accurate inventory by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stocktakes
• Organise and maintain the warehouse to ensure products are easy to locate, access and pick
• Receive incoming stock deliveries, allocate storage locations and ensure stock is put away
• Monitor and replenish warehouse consumables, including boxes, satchels, labels, tape and stationery
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse and dispatch area
• Identify and implement improvements to warehouse, inventory and dispatch processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Process customer returns/requests, inspect returned stock and ensure inventory records are updated correctly
