Truckline Moree is seeking a motivated Parts Interpreter to join our team. You’ll assist customers in identifying and sourcing truck and trailer parts, while delivering technical support and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

With opportunities for training and career development, you’ll work closely with the branch team and contribute to smooth daily operations across our parts department.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Interpreter in heavy vehicle or trucking industries.
• Background as diesel mechanic or heavy vehicle technician.
• Experience with agricultural machinery.
• Experience in automotive parts or service.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Process sales, orders and warranty claims.

• Support inventory, warehousing and dispatch activities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting customers to identify and source the correct truck and trailer parts
• Providing outstanding customer service and technical support
• Processing sales, orders and warranty claims
• Using parts catalogues and systems to find solutions quickly and accurately
• Supporting inventory, warehousing and dispatch activities when required
• Working closely with branch team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Building strong relationships with customers across the transport industry

Qualifications

• Parts Interpreter experience
• Heavy vehicle, trucking or transport industry experience
• Diesel mechanic or heavy vehicle technician backgrounds
• Agricultural machinery experience
• Automotive parts or service experience
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
