Job summary

Truckline in Dubbo is seeking a customer-focused Parts Interpreter to accurately identify parts, source them from suppliers and provide exceptional service to trade, workshop and retail customers.

You will process orders, prepare quotations and build strong relationships while collaborating with warehouse and service teams to ensure timely fulfilment and stock control. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Previous Parts Interpreter experience is highly regarded.
• Experience within automotive, truck, agricultural, machinery, industrial or related industries will be highly regarded.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Good computer literacy and administration skills.
• Current driver's licence.
• Mechanical aptitude or an interest in vehicles and equipment.

Job Description

Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the correct parts are sourced and supplied quickly and efficiently.
