Job summary

Truckline in Ipswich, QLD, is seeking a Parts Interpreter to be the first contact for customers, advising on the right parts solutions to keep vehicles on the road.

You will handle customer orders, quotations and stock inquiries while building strong relationships with trade, workshop and fleet customers. This role offers a permanent full-time position and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting parts and providing expert advice.
• Knowledge of automotive/truck/VR industry.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Description
