Job summary

Truckline in Caboolture is seeking a Parts Interpreter to identify truck and trailer parts for customers and provide outstanding service. You will work with trade customers, transport operators, workshops and internal teams to ensure accurate solutions keep vehicles on the road.

The role involves processing enquiries, orders and quotations, building customer relationships, and supporting branch sales and warehousing to achieve service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous Parts Interpreter experience in automotive/truck/trade industries is preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales ability.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer and administration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in trucks/automotive parts.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Identify truck/trailer parts requirements for customers.
• Assist trade, fleet and workshop customers with enquiries.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.

Job Description

As a Parts Interpreter, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping identify the right truck and trailer parts while delivering outstanding service and support.

You'll work closely with trade customers, transport operators, workshops and internal teams to ensure customers receive the right solutions to keep their vehicles on the road.

Qualifications

You'll bring:

• Previous Parts Interpreter experience within automotive, truck, commercial vehicle or related industries (highly regarded)
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Good computer and administration skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Mechanical aptitude or an interest in trucks, transport or automotive parts
• A current driver's licence
