You will be the first contact for customers, identify parts solutions, provide exceptional service to trade, workshop and fleet customers, and process orders accurately while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Interpreter in automotive/truck sectors.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and supplier networks.
• Demonstrated customer service and sales abilities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficient computer and administration skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Current driver's licence is required.
• Mechanical aptitude or passion for vehicles.

Job Description

As a Parts Interpreter, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and identifying the right parts solutions to keep vehicles on the road.

Key Responsibilities
