Job summary

Truckline, part of the Bapcor Commercial Vehicle Group, is seeking a customer‑focused Parts Interpreter in Ormeau, QLD. You’ll help customers identify and source heavy vehicle parts and support trade, fleet and workshop customers to keep vehicles on the road.

Working with a supportive team and a national branch network, you’ll interpret parts requirements, process orders and prepare quotations, while developing product knowledge through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous Parts Interpreting experience within automotive, truck, commercial vehicle or related industries is highly regarded.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Good computer literacy and administration skills
• Current driver’s licence
• Mechanical aptitude or an interest in vehicles will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and identify heavy vehicle parts requirements
• Provide exceptional service to trade, fleet and workshop customers
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
• Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
• Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Assist with inventory enquiries and stock availability
• Contribute to achieving branch sales and service targets
