Job summary

Central Highlands Toyota in Emerald is seeking a Parts Interpreter to support workshop technicians, retail and trade customers with accurate parts supply. You will manage enquiries, maintain stock and source parts efficiently, while building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Interpreter or in an automotive parts environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle components.

• Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter or in an automotive parts environment
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle components
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Sound computer skills and experience with dealership systems is advantageous
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
