Job summary

Kempsey Toyota, a long-standing Mid North Coast Toyota dealership, is seeking an energetic Spare Parts Interpreter to join the Parts & Accessories Department. You will focus on selling parts and accessories to internal and external customers, directing, training and managing resources to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Key duties include stock control, identifying parts, processing orders, reporting sales performance, building customer loyalty, and upholding The Toyota Way.

About the role:

Kempsey Toyota are actively looking for an energetic individual to join their Parts & Accessories Department in the role of Spare Parts Interpreter. The main focus of the Spare Parts Interpreter is the sale of parts and accessories to internal and external customers by directing, developing, training and managing departmental resources with the objective to achieve a superior level of customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Align sales activities with the broader business plan
• Carrying out storage and stock control procedures
• Identifying parts and components
• Receiving and filling orders for parts
• Regular reporting of department’s actual sales performance against set targets with variance and revised projections to the Fixed Operations Manager and Dealer Principal
• Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support
• Demonstrating behaviours that align with company policies, organisational values and The Toyota Way
