Job summary

HFH Auto Group’s Berwick Toyota is seeking a motivated Parts Interpreter to support workshop, retail and trade customers by sourcing and supplying genuine Toyota parts and accessories accurately and on time. This full-time role operates 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, in a busy dealership environment.

You will need strong knowledge of automotive parts, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to learn new processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Source and supply genuine Toyota parts and accessories accurately and on time for workshop, retail and trade customers.
• Support a busy counter and assist customers with parts selections.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in part identification and ordering.
• Contribute to a positive, efficient parts department environment.

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our Parts team at Berwick Toyota. You’ll support our workshop, retail and trade customers by sourcing and supplying genuine Toyota parts and accessories accurately and on time. You’ll do well here if you enjoy a busy counter, can juggle multiple priorities and take pride in getting it right the first time.

This is a full-time role, working 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Selection Criteria

The successful candidate will have:

Strong knowledge of automotive parts

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

The ability to learn new processes and systems quickly

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent attention to detail

A positive attitude, self-motivation and a strong work ethic

Highly desirable:

Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter in a dealership environment, ideally Toyota
