Job summary

Central Highlands Toyota in Emerald is seeking a proactive Parts Interpreter to join our team. In this role you will interpret and supply parts for workshop technicians, retail and trade customers, while maintaining accurate stock control and assisting with warehouse duties.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in automotive parts, strong knowledge of parts and components, and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter or in an automotive parts environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle components.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and supply parts for workshop technicians, retail and trade customers.
• Process parts enquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock control processes.
• Source parts efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Assist with receipting, dispatch and general warehouse duties.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Contribute to the overall success of the Parts Department.
