Konecranes is seeking a Parts Customer Service & Order Management Coordinator in Sydney to manage the end-to-end customer order lifecycle—from quote conversion to delivery and payment follow-up. You will liaise with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, Finance and Logistics to ensure accurate processing and timely fulfilment.

The role requires 2–3 years in customer service or order management, experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar), and strong communication abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, operations or order management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience processing orders and ensuring accurate data entry.

• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle from quote to delivery.

• Provide prompt, accurate information and updates to customers.
