Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a motivated Parts Inside Sales Representative in Sydney to grow our parts business. You will build strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities and prepare quotes and tenders while coordinating with procurement and warehouse to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, problem solving and a focus on commercially sound outcomes, with opportunities to expand the customer base and contribute to a global leader in material handling

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good product knowledge and interest in developing sales expertise.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to support repeat business and sales growth.
• Identify new sales opportunities and help expand the customer base.
• Prepare quotations and tenders, support sales negotiations and ensure commercially sound outcomes.
• Work closely with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure parts are available and delivered on time.
• Monitor orders, stock levels and sales activity to keep operations smooth.
• Follow up on invoices and outstanding payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Keep up to date with customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
