Job summary

Konecranes in Sydney is seeking a motivated Parts Inside Sales Representative to help grow our parts business. You will build relationships with customers and suppliers, identify sales opportunities, and prepare quotations to support negotiations.

You’ll work closely with Procurement and Warehouse to ensure parts are available and delivered on time, monitor orders and payments, and identify opportunities for continued growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Interest in sales and product knowledge growth.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and suppliers to drive repeat business.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Prepare quotations and tenders; support sales negotiations.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse to ensure timely parts availability.
• Monitor orders, stock levels and sales activity.
• Follow up on invoices and outstanding payments while maintaining customer relationships.
