Zusammenfassung

Heart Talent is partnering with a long-standing NFP to recruit a Corporate Partnerships and Sponsorships Manager in Queensland. The role focuses on shaping sponsorships, building a robust pipeline, and delivering tangible community impact through established programs and events.

You will secure new revenue, nurture partnerships, and work with senior leaders and a board to maximise outcomes. Hybrid work is available, with a direct link to social impact.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to secure new revenue via corporate partnerships or sponsorships.
• Consultative approach with senior decision-makers.
• Excellent proposals, presenting opportunities, and negotiating agreements.
• Strong pipeline building and revenue forecasting.
• Experience in not-for-profit sector is valued but not required.

Aufgaben

• Package and secure sponsorships for programs and events.
• Develop proposals and pitches demonstrating mutual value.
• Build corporate partnerships across Queensland.
• Lead negotiations through to activation.
• Grow and renew existing partnerships.
• Coordinate commitments with internal teams and CRM.
• Represent the organisation externally to build connections.
• Achieve revenue and retention targets.
• Attend occasional events and meetings outside hours.
