Job summary

Gembridge Australia is partnering with SANE to recruit a Corporate Partnership Lead in a hybrid role based in Melbourne or Sydney. The role focuses on growing corporate partnerships, securing sponsorships, workplace giving and foundation funding while delivering revenue growth and stakeholder value.

You'll manage the full partnership lifecycle, develop compelling proposals, and collaborate across fundraising, marketing and advocacy to maximize social impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate partnerships, corporate fundraising, sponsorship, business development or relationship fundraising.
• Proven ability to manage opportunities across full lifecycle, from prospecting to delivery and renewal.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills with influence at all levels.
• Experience developing compelling partnership proposals, funding submissions, presentations and impact reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SANE's Fundraising Growth Strategy and grow sustainable corporate partnerships.
• Develop and implement strategies to build revenue and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and secure new partners, create impact-led partnership propositions and steward relationships.
• Support corporate foundation funding through proposals and funder stewardship.
• Collaborate with fundraising, marketing, advocacy and service delivery teams.
