Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven success securing sponsorship, philanthropic income or strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a two-year Partnerships and Development Plan with income targets and pipelines.
• Identify, pitch, negotiate and secure corporate sponsorships, grants and in-kind partnerships.
• Build and steward relationships with businesses, donors and regional stakeholders.
• Coordinate involvement of executives and artists in partner cultivation and ensure benefits are delivered.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, income and funding commitments.
