Job summary

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking motivated professionals for APS3 Participant Support Officer roles in a large Federal Government organisation. You will be the first point of contact, delivering high-quality customer service and administrative support for participants and stakeholders.

Roles involve face-to-face, phone and email interactions, with opportunities for hybrid work after training. Competitive pay, 12% superannuation and ASAP start through 31 December 2027. Must be an Australian citizen.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support to participants and stakeholders via face-to-face, phone and email.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve enquiries.
• Triaging and escalating complex matters to appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate records and manage shared inboxes.
• Support administrative, project and operational activities.
