Little Handprints Woolooware is seeking a part-time payroll and bookkeeping professional to manage fortnightly payroll using Xero and handle related accounting tasks in a boutique early childhood service in Woolooware. The role is 3 hours per week, typically on a Friday, with flexible arrangements by agreement.

Ideal candidates will have strong Xero experience, knowledge of Australian payroll rules, and the ability to handle BAS preparation and reconciliations with accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualificações

• Experience using Xero for payroll and bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of Australian payroll requirements, superannuation and STP.
• Experience with BAS preparation and account reconciliations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Process fortnightly payroll through Xero.
• Review timesheets, leave entitlements and allowances.
• Ensure accurate payroll records and STP reporting.
• Maintain employee payroll information.
• Complete bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Process invoices, receipts and expenses.
• Maintain accurate financial records in Xero.
• Assist with BAS preparation and general accounting requirements.
• Liaise with external accountant when required.
