Responsibilities include fortnightly payroll for 9 staff, accounts payable entry and reconciliation, light accounts receivable and monthly statements, plus bank reconciliations, in a supportive and professional

Qualifications

• Experience using Xero for multiple clients.
• Available Wednesdays on-site for 5.5–7 hours per week.
• Reliable and friendly with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete Fortnightly Payroll for 9 staff.
• Enter Accounts Payable.
• Reconcile End of Month AP Statements.
• Enter minimal Accounts Receivable and send monthly statements to customers.
• Perform Bank Reconciliations.
