Job summary

Bupa is seeking a part-time Receptionist-Concierge in Parramatta to be the first point of contact in our Visa Medical Assessment Centre. You will greet customers, guide them through the assessment process, and handle payments and documentation with accuracy.

Work will be Tuesdays and Fridays, with occasional weekends. Centre hours are 8am–6pm on weekdays and 8am–4pm on weekends, with a rotational roster. No late night shifts, supportive team, and career growth opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and address questions with a customer‑focused, respectful approach.
• Adhere to established processes to guide customers through the visa medical assessment steps.
• Conduct identity and security checks and manage risks.
• Process payments via EFTPOS and confirm documentation is complete.
• Explain required examinations and steps to customers and data‑enter into systems.
• Ensure customers understand visa medical examination steps and requirements.
