Job summary

Bupa Docklands in Melbourne is seeking a friendly Receptionist-Concierge to be the first contact at our Visa Medical Assessment Centre. You will greet customers, guide them through the process and handle payments, forms and data entry with accuracy and care.

Working Monday to Friday with weekend availability, you will join a supportive team in a fast-paced environment, focused on delivering a high-quality, customer-centered experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure questions are answered with a customer-focused, respectful approach.
• Explain visa medical steps and assist customers through the process.
• Process payments via EFTPOS and verify documentation to requirements.
• Enter required data into customer management systems and databases.
