Job summary

Bupa Medical Visa Services in Perth is seeking a Receptionist to join our brand-new centre as part of our expanding Perth team. The role supports visa medical assessments, delivering a welcoming, professional customer-focused experience in a busy environment.

You will perform payments, document checks and data entry across our customer management systems, helping customers navigate the visa medical process with clear, courteous communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate and constant outcomes in a busy and repetitious environment
• Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and staff, including people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Conducting an identity and security check and elevate any identified risks
• Processing payments via EFTPOS
• Confirming customer documentation is completed to requirements and processing forms
• Confirming which examinations the customer is required to complete and explaining this to the customer
• Entering required data and information into customer management systems and databases
• Explaining the steps throughout the visa medical examination and ensuring the customer understands the key elements of the visa medical examination process
