Job summary

John Holland Group is seeking a part-time Team Assistant to support the General Manager Construction Engineering and the Queensland Engineering team from our Brisbane office.

Role is 12 months, 3–4 days per week with some flexibility; office presence is expected. You will coordinate diaries, travel, meetings and documentation, while handling procurement, invoices and records with a focus on confidentiality and efficiency.

• Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders.
• Manage calendars, meetings and travel arrangements.
• Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations.
• Maintain records, procurement and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the GM Construction Engineering and Queensland Engineering team.
• Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and day-to-day coordination.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, stakeholders, vendors and technical partners.
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports and other business documentation.
• Manage SharePoint, document control, records, expenses, invoices and purchase orders.
• Support team systems, governance and continuous improvement activities while maintaining confidentiality.
