NSW TrainLink in Grafton is seeking a part-time Customer Attendant to support frontline station operations, handle enquiries, and connect services. The role involves delivering friendly customer service, maintaining a clean, welcoming station environment, assisting with luggage for regional services, and coordinating with train crews to meet safety standards.

You will work 4-hour shifts, 40 hours per fortnight on a 14-day rotating roster, with weekends and public holidays; the role is on-site

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, undertaking a broad range of station functions and assist with enquiries, and connecting services.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment across the station, including responsibility for staff barrack and onboard trains.
• Assist with luggage for regional services and work collaboratively with train crew and stakeholders to ensure safety standards.
