Job summary

Bunnings Warehouse is seeking a Part-time Assistant Site Manager for the Belrose store, working 3–4 days per week including weekends. You will lead a large team, drive daily operations, and ensure safe, high‑performing stores.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll collaborate with Department Managers and other teams to meet sales and service targets. Your role prioritises safety, stock integrity, and excellent customer experience, while offering career development and a supportive workplace

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large team in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong focus on safety and team wellbeing.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage stock integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead 50+ direct reports and oversee day‑to‑day store operations.
• Perform safety walks, audits and coach safe behaviours.
• Monitor sales, margins and wage targets; implement improvements.
• Drive stock accuracy and oversee stocktake activities.
• Support Department Managers and engage with cross‑store teams.
