Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a highly driven Assistant Site Manager to lead a 50+ team across a high-volume store, ensuring safety and exceptional customer service. You will coordinate operations with store leadership, support departments, and distribution networks to deliver strong results.

You will drive stock integrity, merchandising, and performance metrics while fostering an inclusive environment. Weekend work and public holidays may be required; background checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead large teams in a high-volume retail environment.
• Strong focus on safety, wellbeing and compliance.
• Experience driving sales, margins and wage targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 50+ direct reports, oversee opening/closing and weekend duties.
• Conduct safety walks, audits and coaching to reinforce safe behaviours.
• Monitor sales, margin and wage performance and implement improvements.
• Drive stock accuracy and manage stocktake activities.
