Responsibilities

• Vet onboarding funnel for nanny applicants, ensuring reference checks, Working with Children Checks, and safety clearances are verified and uploaded into CRM.
• Create client-ready candidate portfolios with a polished layout.
• Maintain an immaculate CRM with candidate availabilities, tags, and compliance documents accurate and up to date.
• Act as the first point of contact for daily client and candidate inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and virtual phone line.
• Take ownership of daily customer service issues and client resolutions, shielding the Director from routine friction.
