Mini Connections is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to own candidate sourcing, post-placement workflows, and client-candidate management. You will maintain CRM accuracy, handle inquiries, and resolve issues, reporting to the Director as needed.

The role focuses on ensuring timely service delivery, coordinating interviews, and managing contracts and invoicing. Remote, part-time position with Australian hours, based for overseas operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations management or OBM within fast-paced premium recruitment contexts.
• Strong written and spoken English with a premium brand tone.
• Experience using CRM and project management tools in a recruitment setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee candidate sourcing, client inquiries, and CRM data integrity.
• Handle onboarding, references, and safety clearances for nanny candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage client-candidate communications.
• Administer contracts, invoicing, and financial oversight.
