Mini Connections is seeking a highly organized Operations Manager to own candidate sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing client-candidate management for our boutique nanny & babysitting agency serving Brisbane and Gold Coast families. The role focuses on CRM maintenance, processes, and daily workflows, with a remote, part-time schedule and Australian business hours.

The successful candidate will ensure timely, premium service across placements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations Manager roles within premium recruitment or related sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal English with a premium brand tone.
• Strong proficiency with Manatal, Microsoft 365 and recruitment CRMs.
• Ability to manage client and candidate workflows and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee candidate lifecycle and onboarding with checks and CRM.
• Create candidate portfolios for clients.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and candidate availability.
• Lead client services and resolve daily issues, coordinating interviews.
