Mini Connections is seeking a Remote Operations Manager to own candidate sourcing, client‑candidate management, and daily workflows. This role supports a boutique nanny and babysitting agency operating across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, but works remotely from the Philippines with Australian hours (AEST 8am–2pm).

Part-time 20‑30 hours weekly, with strong system and process focus. As the operational backbone, you will manage onboarding, vetting, portfolios, CRM accuracy, invoicing, and conflict

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience as an Operations Manager, OBM, or Senior Executive Support within fast paced premium recruitment or related.
• Excellent written and verbal English, professional tone under pressure.
• Proficient with project management tools and recruitment CRMs; proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding funnel for nanny applicants; verify references and checks.
• Create client-ready candidate portfolios with polished layouts.
• Maintain an accurate Manatal CRM and up-to-date candidate data.
• Manage client inquiries, bookings and resolutions across channels.
