Mini Connections is seeking a Remote Operations Manager to own candidate sourcing, onboarding, and post-placement workflows for a boutique nanny and babysitting agency.

The role oversees CRM, client-candidate management, and daily operations, ensuring timely responses, accurate data, and smooth processes across remote teams. A proactive problem solver with strong English communication is essential. Part-time (20–30 hours weekly) aligned with Australian Eastern Time business hours.

Formación

• 3+ years as an Operations Manager, OBM, or senior executive support.
• Excellent written and spoken English; professional tone.
• Proficient with project management tools (Manatal, MS 365, Teams).
• Proactive problem solver with a mindset to refine systems.
• Reliable high-speed internet with power backup.

Responsabilidades

• Vet onboarding and ensure checks and safety clearances are uploaded in the CRM.
• Create client-ready candidate portfolios with professional layouts.
• Maintain the Manatal CRM with accurate candidate data; ensure up-to-date records.
• Answer daily client/candidate inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and calls.
• Coordinate interviews between clients, candidates, and internal team members.
• Oversee contract administration and placement invoicing.
