Century 21 Shore is seeking a proactive property manager to handle end-to-end management of a modern apartment portfolio in Sydney. You will juggle in-office and field tasks with support from administration, accounts and owners.

The role requires at least two years in property management or as an assistant PM, a solid understanding of tenancy and strata regulations, and the ability to work autonomously in a small team. A generous salary plus incentives reflects your experience and workload.

End to end property management of a tightly grouped well run apartment portfolio. The role is ideal for a property manager who likes to be both in and out of the office day to day, supported by administration, accounts and hands on business owners. The role requires the ongoing management of a modern portfolio of apartments with mixed demographic of landlords and tenants.
