Job summary

National 360 is seeking a Part-time Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner in Wodonga to deliver person-centred PBS to NDIS participants across community, clinic, and telehealth settings.

The role focuses on improving quality of life through tailored assessments, planning, and carer training. A relevant degree and PBS endorsement are required, with 0.6FTE and Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, OT, Speech Pathology, Counselling, or Teaching).
• Endorsed as 'Core' or above against the PBS Capability Framework (NDIS Commission letter of suitability required).
• Ability to work Part-time - 3 days a week (0.6FTE).
• Full Australian working rights or pending.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Positive Behaviour Support to NDIS participants across community, clinic, and telehealth.
• DevelopFunctional Behaviour Assessments to identify needs and design person-centred support plans.
• Provide education and training to carers and support teams.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and reduce restrictive practices.
• Collect and analyse data to monitor progress.
