Job summary

PC Ability Pty Ltd in Sydney is expanding its Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) service and seeks a motivated practitioner to lead a new PBS team. You’ll build a varied caseload, collaborate with management, and shape service delivery for NDIS participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant health or social field.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with participants, families and teams.
• Experience delivering person-centred Positive Behaviour Support plans.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to drive PBS growth.
• Develop and implement evidence-based behaviour support plans in line with NDIS guidelines.
• Conduct functional behaviour assessments to identify participant needs.
• Collaborate with families, carers, and support teams to deliver outcomes.
• Deliver training to staff to implement behaviour strategies.
• Maintain compliance with NDIS quality standards through documentation.
