Job summary

ORS Group is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join Australia’s largest PBS team, supporting NDIS participants and private clients across the lifespan.

You will work across the client’s system of supports, observe behaviours of concern, and help create and implement behavioural support plans with ongoing monitoring. The role offers flexible work arrangements including work-from-home options and a strong focus on professional development and career growth.

Qualifications

• Registered Positive Behaviour Support practitioner (or strong foundations in Mental Health, Behaviour and Disability).
• Tertiary qualifications in an allied health, human science or education field as listed.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Ability to obtain NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Work with the client’s whole system of supports.
• Contribute to clients’ goals and quality of life.
• Observe and assess behaviours of concern.
• Create behaviour support plans and implementation plans.
• Implement your plan, as well as monitoring and reviewing.
