Manage fortnightly payroll using Aurion Payroll and Humanforce Rostering, ensure accurate wage payments, and maintain confidential data with high integrity. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in end-to-end payroll functions.
• Proven expertise in payroll systems (Aurion preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to working effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process fortnightly payroll using Aurion Payroll and Humanforce Rostering.
• Accurately calculate and pay wages, leave, terminations, Workers Compensation, and more.
• Maintain confidential employee data and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Handle payroll queries with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist with end-of-year processes, audits, and reporting.
• Support staff and managers with payroll policies and training.
