Omega in Sydney seeks a Client Advisor to deliver a boutique experience befitting the brand's prestige. You will build lasting client relationships, share the stories behind our iconic collections, and provide tailored service that stands the test of time.

Two permanent part-time positions available with weekend availability. Responsibilities include achieving boutique sales targets, maintaining database and stock, and participating in product education to enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or premium environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working weekends and peak trading periods.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine and lasting relationships with clients, cultivating loyalty and repeat business.
• Contribute to boutique sales targets through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Support growth and maintenance of client and VIP database with personalized follow-up.
• Develop an in depth understanding of Omega's heritage, collections, and watchmaking expertise.
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation reflecting luxury positioning.
• Assist with visual merchandising, stock presentation, and boutique operations.
• Organise and maintain boutique resources including packaging, manuals, and materials.
• Participate in ongoing training and product education to enhance knowledge.
