Wellways Australia is seeking a Peer Wellbeing Navigator in Rockhampton to support individuals on their recovery journey. This part-time role (30.4 hours per week) offers meaningful peer-led engagement and service navigation within the Medicare Mental Health Centre.

You will share personal lived experience to empower clients, facilitate group sessions, and coordinate care plans alongside clinical supports. Flexibility and ongoing screening are part of the process.

Qualifikationen

• Lived/Living Experience is essential and used to engage with clients.
• 1+ year of peer worker role experience or relevant education is preferred.
• 100 points of ID and right to work in Australia required.
