You will use your lived experience to connect with participants, offer hope, and support culturally safe wellbeing journeys in a team that values compassion and respect.

The role requires flexibility for a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends, and a commitment to supporting First Nations communities with kindness and person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Personally lived experience of mental health challenges or recovery.
• Genuine interest in supporting First Nations communities.
• Understanding of culture, identity and culturally safe support.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with warmth and respect.
• People-centred approach recognising individual journeys.
• Willingness to learn and grow alongside others.
• No traditional career path required; values and strengths welcomed.
