Job summary

Angelic Care, a boutique Registered NDIS provider, is seeking an experienced Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator to manage day-to-day HR functions. The role runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with responsibilities spanning recruitment, onboarding, records, and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have HR/People & Culture experience, qualifications, and familiarity with Employment Hero and SCHADS Award, offering a structured part-time environment and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Human Resources role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job ads, screening, interviews and offers
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new staff
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR compliance
• Support performance management, probation reviews and employee relations
