Angelic Care on the Gold Coast is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator to manage day-to-day HR functions. This dedicated HR role operates on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, onboard new staff, maintain records, manage documentation and ensure compliance with SCHADS Award, NES and Fair Work laws, using Employment Hero and ShiftCare where required.

Formación

• Previous HR / People & Culture experience.
• Tertiary HR qualifications or substantial related experience.
• Experience using Employment Hero.
• Familiarity with ShiftCare platform.
• Solid knowledge of SCHADS Award, NES and Fair Work.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job ads, screening, interviews and offers.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR processes.
• Support performance reviews, probation and employee relations.
• Apply SCHADS Award and Fair Work requirements in practice.
• Maintain HR policies and confidentiality across systems.
