Job summary

Oaks Melbourne on Market is seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent to welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and offer local recommendations with warmth and efficiency.

You will communicate across channels, manage reservations in our property management system, and thrive on delivering outstanding service while embracing weekend and holiday shifts. Immediate start available with rotating shifts 7:00am–11:00pm and hourly rates according to the schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality service in hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Clear, professional communication across in-person, phone and email.
• Polished presentation with flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm reception and smooth check-in/out for guests.
• Maintain courteous communication with guests, colleagues and stakeholders across channels.
• Process reservations, updates and special requests in the PMS for seamless scheduling.
• Be the primary point of contact for guests, offering prompt assistance and recommendations.
