Job summary

Myriota, based in Adelaide, is seeking a hands-on part-time operator to drive daily fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control for the Edge Solutions division. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Finance team to ensure hardware is picked, packed, and dispatched worldwide.

The role covers coordinating freight, updating inventory software, managing stock counts, and generating POs while maintaining compliance with NDAs and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily dispatch of sales orders: picking, packing, recording hardware serial numbers, and prepping shipments for global delivery.
• Coordinate domestic and international freight forwarders, audit customs documentation, generate commercial invoices, and eliminate transit bottlenecks.
• Actively manage inventory levels, conduct physical stocktakes, update our inventory management software, and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Relentlessly track vendor lead times and inbound deliveries to ensure production and fulfillment lines stay on schedule.
• Secure supplier quotes, generate purchase orders (POs), assist with vendor onboarding, and ensure 100% compliance with corporate NDAs and Incoterms.
• Maintain weekly fulfillment trackers, stock reports, and supplier performance metrics.
