Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order processing, or logistics.
• Knowledge of domestic and export shipping documentation.
• Confident using ERP or order management systems.
• Detail-driven problem solver in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and process orders with agility and accuracy.
• Coordinate compliant shipping documentation for local and export deliveries.
• Deliver timely, professional resolutions to customer complaints.
• Coordinate intercompany transfers to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and seamless internal flow.
• Drive inventory accuracy through proactive monitoring and efficient stock control.
• Foster strong intercompany communication to enable seamless processes.
