Qualifications

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and experience working with scheduling or CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, scheduling, transport coordination, or a similar operational role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and routes.
• Monitor deliveries and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Liaise with drivers and internal teams to resolve any delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed efficiently and on schedule.
