Local Government Professionals Australia, NSW seeks a part‑time finance administrator to support our financial operations. Working with the Finance Manager, you will handle AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and reporting while maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates have accounting or bookkeeping qualifications and experience in not-for-profit or public sector contexts, with strong Excel and Xero skills and excellent stakeholder communication. This role offers flexible hours in Mascot NSW.

Formación

• Qualifications in Accounting, Bookkeeping or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a finance, accounts, payroll or bookkeeping role.
• Strong understanding of financial administration, accounts payable/receivable and payroll processes.
• Experience using accounting software (Xero preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Experience in not-for-profit, association, membership-based or public sector environments.

Responsabilidades

• Accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll administration.
